At Cohesive Coffee, we believe deeply in our Greenville community. From walkers and cyclists on the Swamp Rabbit Trail to remote workers settling in at our tables, community here is not a slogan — it’s the heartbeat of what we do. We don’t see guests as customers; we see neighbors, friends, and family. Being part of the Greenville coffee community is something we’re proud of, and we’re grateful every day to serve the people who make this place what it is.
Our partners
We proudly partner with local whenever possible.
Our espresso is from Leopard Forest Coffee in Travelers Rest, SC. Adam Kelley and his team have been roasting since 2004, having perfected their craft over the more than two decades in the industry.
Our pastries are from Sovereign Bakehouse in Simpsonville, SC. Sovereign exists to serve the Upstate as the premier provider of wholesale pastries to local cafes and restaurants.
Our matcha is from Matcha Nude, a local matcha company with premium grade, organic matcha sourced ethically from Kagoshima, Japan. We proudly serve their matcha traditionally whisked with all the health benefits you should expect of properly sourced matcha.
We serve Chai from Appalachai out of Black Mountain, NC. Inspired by the flavorful and complex spices of traditional Indian chai, they continue to work towards expanding in an organic, sustainable, and socially responsible way since 2014.
